How much does Jastip.me charge?
A flat 2.5% commission on the final invoice.
Are my name and phone number public?
No. All credentials like name, email address and phone number are stay private. The only shared information between traveler and buyer is ordered products details.
How do payments work?
Upon acceptance from Traveler, Buyer transfer 50% deposit funds to Jastip.me business account. After verifies the fund Jastip.me inform traveler the fund is secured and traveler can start purchasing the ordered products.
The remaining 50% should be paid by buyer, when traveler confirm has arrived at destination city.
What if the traveler rejects my order?
The travel plan status will changed to "Reopen" and you can order from another open travel plan. No funds change hands until a order is accepted and paid.
How to enable Traveler accept more than one buy orders?
If accepted order for a certain trip has fixed it actual weight and there is unutilized weight space. Traveler can open a new travel plan with the same data (date, route, margin and shipment cost) but with smaller Available weight.
What is the end point of ordered products?
The end point of ordered product is at Traveler's residence. Buyer has to pickup the product at Traveler's residence. If Buyer ask to ship it further, all shipment cost should be bear by the Buyer.
Who will pay the Custom Duty of the ordered product(s)?
Custom Duty is bear by the Buyer. Traveler will help pay the Duty and Buyer shall reimburse it upon proof of payment.
Traveler has no obligation to pay if Buyer not agree to reimburse the Custom Duty payment.
